Although most of us dread cold, dark, january monday mornings, there are ways to cope with it and get through the day. I think that the first step to conquering a monday morning is to wake up and shower. Next, breakfast is the most important part of a monday morning because then you will feel energized for the rest of the day instead of the morning dragging along with nothing in your body yet. If you set goals for the week, Mondays can be a very productive day if you start your week off right and have productivity. The right mind set about the week ahead can really make a difference in if you are going to get through that cold and dark monday morning or not. The steps to a successful monday morning are to shower, eat breakfast, and have the right mind set going into the week that it will be a productive morning, and a productive week ahead of you.
